Allegheny County Airport Allegheny County Airport (AGC), located in West Mifflin, PA is the seventh busiest airport in Pennsylvania. AGC is the largest general aviation airport in western Pennsylvania. AGC was dedicated on September 11, 1931. AGC sits 1,252 feet above sea level and is one of the highest points in Allegheny County. AGC is located across the street from a major mall, as well as only ten miles from downtown Pittsburgh. The Allegheny County Airport Authority (ACAA) oversees the operations at AGC as well as the Pittsburgh International Airport (PIT). A seven-member board governs the ACAA.
